Niall Maloney
Founder & CEO
Formerly Executive VP at Rise Global, Niall managed sales, marketing, and partnerships for the education media and investment group, with a focus on Asia and the Middle East. He also spearheaded business development for EduCo Ireland's global promotion efforts, aiding partner universities in expanding their international student base. Previously, as Senior VP at HMH Publishers, Niall drove significant revenue growth internationally, overseeing alliances and partnerships outside the USA, generating over $100M annually. With two decades of experience, he has cultivated extensive networks in Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Niall holds degrees in Economics and Business Studies from University College Dublin and resides in Dublin with his family.
John Lowe
Regional Director
Originally from the UK, John has been involved in Education for over 40 years. He has a vast network in Asia and has been living in the region since 1985. Whilst based in Singapore, John was Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing Director for Thomson Learning. He set up a network of offices in 11 Asian territories and started school publishing programs in China and Thailand. He established a JV between the People´s Educational Press (PEP) in China and Thomson (Cengage Learning) which resulted in a program called Go for It! , which sold over 700 million copies. On leaving Cengage John established a consultancy company based in Toyko, Japan where he currently resides. John has worked on major projects for companies, including Hit Entertainment.
